Jason’s work has season tickets to the Jazz games. The best
salesmen get to go to the games. Jason is doing such a swell job that we were
able to go to the Jazz vs. Thunder game. The seats were fantastic. They were
lower bowl about 15 rows up from the court.
We were close enough to see sweat. That’s awesome.
I didn’t know how
Dallin would behave at the game. But to our surprise, he sat on Jason’s lap the
ENTIRE game! What 1 year old sits still for 2+ hours to watch a sports game?
Mine. He was enthralled the whole time. He would periodically yell “ball” or
clap and cheer (or covet the ice cream that the guy sitting next to Jason had).
Luckily the Jazz won and it was a great game to watch. Hopefully we can get to
go again next season.
After the game, we decided that we had to get Dallin a
basketball hoop so he could work on his awesome ball skills. I think he likes it. The
first thing in the morning he runs to his ball, and makes a basket or two. I
think we have a little “baller” on our hands. He is even working on his
dribble and has quite the jump shot going on. College scholarships here we come.
