So much happened in the month of October. I’m trying to play blog catch up so the following three entries will happen rather quickly, but took all of October to accomplish. First, was Dallins first birthday! Not only does he have the best birthday ever 10-10-10, but he also is the cutest kid ever!
For his first year celebration we had family come over to our house for dinner and cake and ice cream. I didn’t know how Dallin would handle everyone over at once, but it turns out that our little guy loves attention. He did fabulously. He loved being in the spot light.
Each present he opened, he would take a minute or two to play with it before he moved on to the next one. I think everyone got a kick out of that. Dallin has always been a good eater so we knew he would enjoy his cake and ice cream.
His cake was decorated after Mickey Mouse because he loves to watch Mickey’s Clubhouse on TV. (click here for a video of the “chowing down”). He went to town for a good while until Jason thought he was messy enough and plopped him in the tub to rinse him off. I know he enjoyed it. Thanks everyone for making his first birthday one to remember.
